1.I know this point comes up every season but I would like to disscuss promotion issue.My preavios take on this is there shouldn't be any clear divides between f1-gp2....and gp3-gp4.
But there is,i think promotion between gp3 up to gp2 is purely optional apart from drivers who have clearly proved themselves to be more than capable of racing in these leagues,example bjorn.
As you can see by daflukey and maybe topman they don't buy into 2013 cars and don't like being held back by slightly slower cars.And I definetly wouldn't like to see a driver get relegated from gp2 back to gp3.
it would be easy to say if they don't like it don't race but f1 and gp2 are not exactly overfilled.

F1 League Appeals to be discussed, a lot seem to happen in the opening laps.

GP3 & GP4 Appeals.

Possible procedure for Reserve Drivers???
