Ah del, its more to do with the device you are using. If you are on an iOS device just hold down on the picture and a menu will appear. Click on 'open image in new tab' then the full picture will open in a new tab where you can read all of the text.

Re: SUGGESTION BOX
Hey guys I would like to help build gt6 leagues and help organise events. Understand I have just joined but believe with experience I have gained from gtdrivers forum I believe I can help. If you look on there you will see several events I have created and ran. I would also like to mention that if an inter forum race or champ occured wink wink hopefully I will race as gtdriver as that has been my life for last 3 years. Once a gtdriver always a gtdriver lol. But I am happy to have an imput think i could run some really good events watch this space lol and welcome the challenge as a moderator and part of the FIA
Re: SUGGESTION BOX
Hello everyone.
I am relatively new to this site, but I have long considered attempting to start my own leagues via gtplanet. However, this seems a better place to put my ideas forward and gain constructive praise/criticism.
The league I have been considering is GT4 spec racing, using modified, carefully selected road cars with full aero, flat floors and rear wings, as this is essentially what GT4 cars are. If anyone would be willing to test cars with me, I believe this could be an exciting and different form of racing that as far as I can tell isn't really being done by anyone else.
I have other ideas involving Group C, JGTC and late 90's GT1/LMGT, but they are more straightforward and require less attention for the time being.
If anyone would like to take this idea further then catch me on PSN (same username) and we can talk more. Great site guys, and thanks for the races so far.

Re: SUGGESTION BOX
Feel free to test any cars you like at those specs, see which are in the same ball park as eachother. Also need to test 4WD's, as they may have an advantage. We'll see. Here's some more possibles.
Merc SLS
Nissan GT-R
Chevrolet Corvette C7
BMW M3
TVR Tuscan
Ferrari 458
McLaren 12-C
Subaru Impreza
Premium sports cars basically. There's a lot of potential candidates =P

Re: SUGGESTION BOX
I would certainly be interested in the future, but as I say I'm still new here. I'd like to get some races under my belt and get to know the community before anything like that. Cheers though! =)

Re: SUGGESTION BOX
GT4 SPEC (ish) RACING SERIES
Inspired by the Pirelli World Challenge
Hello all. Sorry I haven't been online recently, my PS3'S blu-ray has been playing up. Still usable though.
Anyway, I have been doing some tests for what cars to use(sorry delboy, we were never online at the same time for it) and I would like to share the details and my workings out etc.
Car Regulations
453 BHP
1350 KG
Due to the nature of tuning roadcars, no parts are banned and is up to the racer, as long as it's not nitrous (duh)
Racing Brakes are mandatory for obvious race safety reasons.
Weight reduction is also, obviously, required.
Racing Soft tyres. Mediums might work well but that requires more testing.1
Required parts
(Where applicable which you use is up to user preference)
Front aero kit
'Tall' rear spoiler
Flat floor
The Testing
Bit of background, I am an average speed driver, But pretty consistant.
I used Mt. Panorama, Apricot Hill and Brands Hatch Indy to test the cars. For this intance I'll focus on Mt. P though, as I remember this best lol.
The average lap times were between 2:08-2:09. This was tested thoroughly with each car.
The Cars
Now as far as I'm aware you guys run on a two man team system, so I have Narrowed it to eight cars. I was unsure on whether you guys use safety cars but this is based around a 16 car grid. 8 models in total. Also, decided aginst using 4WD cars, too many variables.
Chevrolet Camaro SS '10
SRT Viper GTS '13
Aston Martin V12 Vantage
Jaguar XKR-S '11
Nissan Fairlady Z (Z34) '08
Honda NSX '02
BMW M3 Coupe '07
Ford Mustang Boss 302 '13
And that's it. If anyone would like me to further test this or would like to get more information please get in touch with me on PSN as this is where i'm most active. Username, Flash_Noddy
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this whoever does. I hope we can make something of this =).

Re: SUGGESTION BOX
This looks like some good background testing Noddy!
In the event that; 1) This structure goes ahead, 2) I'm able to race in it due to suitable day/time then here now for the record I 'bugsy' the Aston Martin Vantage.
Cheers.
