Monaco Concerns

I just need to highlight the start of last nights race,on my replay gamerguy ghosts then causes a collision,gamerguy assures me he drover turn 1 cleanly which I do believe,i must steward based on what I see in a live race and replay evidence,every individual is responsible for making sure there connection is as good as it can be.
I can see this could cause huge problems at Monaco,if it is at all possible for gamer to connect an Ethernet cable from router to ps3 please do so,this may stabalize the problem,this has been done in the past by some and it has worked.If you watch my replay you will see that gamerguys car darts from left to right quite violently,its like his connection is out of sync with everyone else,its a bit like the dubzy problem but on a lesser scale.if anyone has any suggestions please post below....
