Classic F1 Championships
We are planning to start RaceStation Classic F1 leagues soon, and we will be running a separate 80’s and 90’s league. The Idea of these is to try to emulate a season similar to one that you would have found in the 80’s and 90’s, so the calendar is similar to what you would have seen in these decades and there are no modern tracks such as Bahrain, but we will be including the classic tracks found on the F1 game.
We are also going to use the points system found in the classic decades (for the 80’s: 1st=9pts, 2nd=6pts, 3rd=4pts, 4th=3pts, 5th=2pts, 6th=1pt. For the 90’s: 1st=10pts, 2nd=6pts, 3rd=4pts, 4th=3pts, 5th=2pts, 6th=1pt).
As there are not many spaces in a classic F1 lobby, we will not be having a steward, but encourage drivers to record their races in case of incident. All races will run at 50% distance, with random weather and a 1 shot qualification. Car allocation will be set to random each week.
