Silverstone May 21st

Hi guys just want to put a point out there, that next week we are racing round Silverstone, and i was doing some practice yesterday, and found the the amount of corner cutting and track extending in unreal, maybe we should have a steward or something.

Time Gained:
Extending Only 1-1.5 seconds
Corner Cutting Only: 2-3 seconds
Both: 3-4 seconds

In regards to track extending and deliberate use of the run off areas to keep a higher exit speed and gain time yes I'd agree there is some time to be gained of around 1-1.5 seconds .

But I can't see where you are finding 2-3 seconds on corner cutting as the only place you can do that is the last chicane and it's such a obvious place no one would attempt to do it .

I agree with hamish because we were doing the practice after the race last night

What times was you achieving by using the run offs and corner cutting I only ask as myself tiex7 beardy and bk have done a full practice race and all managed between 1:12.9 and 1:13.3 on perfectly clean laps no use of run areas or corner cutting in a race and qualifying a low 1.12
